Principal Officer, Abizer Khairullah, has over 35 years in the food and beverage industry in C-suite Leadership, Business Development, Product and Engineering Innovation, Optimizing Operations and Enhancing Product Quality & Food Safety, in food companies including McCormick & Co., Conagra Foods and Jamba Juice. Entrepreneurial mindset applied to commercialize start ups. Strong knowledge of plant based fresh, frozen, aseptic, refrigerated, dehydrated foods, purees and beverages.  Product experience includes fruits, vegetables, proteins, fresh produce, spices, packaged foods, beverages etc.   Passionate about designing and implementing alternative processing techniques to minimize preservatives and improve processed foods, creating healthier options.  Experienced with overseas sourcing programs and their effect on quality and food safety throughout the supply chain.
Currently operating Four Corner Foods LLC offering commercialization solutions for start-ups and large manufacturers. For start-ups - monetizing business, cost effective manufacturing, product formulation, process development, creating and enhancing quality assurance and food safety programs. For large manufacturers - cross functional fast track commercialization, R&D, process engineering, efficient manufacturing, cost reduction and enhancing food safety and quality assurance programs.   Clients include top produce, snack foods and spice companies, CPG and other – Dole, Frito Lay, McCormick, SunOpta, Hershey’s, Premier Nutrition.
Education: M.S. Food Engineering from UC Davis.
